This poster design was created to highlight the form and shape of a skateboard, and showcase information about the origins of when, by who, and where the concept of a skateboard was created.
The colors were chosen based on posters and advertisements from the 1940s and 1950s era that the skateboard originated from. In order to create the skateboard imagery, I took photos of my own personal skateboard at various angles and positions while deciding on a poster layout.
