This printed label decoration was created as speculative artwork for The National Baseball Hall of Fame in hopes to spur updated self-branded merchandising for the Hall of Fame. To connect to the rich history, the decoration was shaped around a ticket stub from ball games of the past.
The design was kept simple compared to early references keeping an overall more reserved appearance with colors highlighting classic Americana and matching the Hall of Fame’s official logo coloring. The iconography of crossed bats was a conscious change in the final design so the label can be tied to any player across any team.
